Hi! I am a senior at Stanford University and looking to babysit in my free time :) I have been babysitting for over 6 years for 20+ families with children of all ages. For the last two summers, I was a full-time nanny for a three kids in my neighborhood. My responsibilities included making lunches/snacks, driving the kids to nearby camps, helping the kids stay on track with summer homework, and being active outside through planning fun activities. In my free time, I love to sing, watercolor, and play soccer. I am also fluent in Mandarin and happy to provide language tutoring services as well :) As a babysitter, I vow to be responsible, caring, and engaging. Amelia was amazing! Immediately engaged my 3 year old daughter, and did a great job calming down my very crabby 5 year old son. I was home working while she was here, which can create a tricky dynamic sometimes with my kids wanting to stay with me, but she was so great they were perfectly happy to be with her. When I took my daughter to put her down for her nap, she actually asked for Amelia to do it instead! She also helped unload/load the dishwasher, and was generally awesome to have around!
