I'm Mia, a neuroscience-informed caregiver with 4+ years of experience running my private memory care practice, Illuminate Memory, in San Francisco. I specialize in holistic support for adults with memory loss, neurocognitive differences, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's, combining evidence-based care with somatic practices, reminiscence therapy, mobility support, and plant-based nutrition. I hold a B. A. in Psychology and Neuroscience, trained through the Institute on Aging, and am preparing to begin naturopathic medical school. I offer both daytime and overnight care, including surgery rehab, late-stage support, and family coaching.
