Hi, I'm Francesca. I'm a compassionate caregiver with 6+ years of experience in mental health and social services. I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and have worked as a lead associate therapist, supporting individuals with emotional, cognitive, and behavioral needs. As I prepare for my licensure exam, I'm offering senior care as a meaningful bridge-continuing hands-on, relationship-centered work while providing consistent, attentive support. I have experience supporting people with memory changes, mood challenges, and daily functioning needs, and I approach care with patience, respect, and warmth.
