About Amelia

Hi everyone! My name is Amelia! I recently graduated from the University of Vermont and am moving to the Columbia Heights area of DC on September 1st. I'm currently looking for full- or part-time work as a nanny or babysitter. I have two years of experience working in early education at the YMCA with children ages 9 months to 5 years old. I also worked at an overnight summer camp for four years with children ages 6-15, where I gained lots of experience creating activities, supervising groups, and making sure kids had a fun and safe summer! I'm caring, responsible, energetic, organized, and absolutely love working with kids. I'd be happy to help with everything from playtime and activities to homework, meals, and keeping little ones on their routines.
