Kind, patient, dedicated, focused on the kid, reliable, great communicator. Highly recommend. Amber cared for our 9 month old son for three days this week. She was always on time. She was so kind and sweet with my son and he lit up a big smile at her arrival on the second day. She handled his separation anxiety like a champ and had him happily distracted within moments. She kept things fresh throughout the day, giving him time in different areas of the house. She patiently worked through his sleep struggles and by day two had him napping right on schedule. Very attentive to his cues and adapted well. She cleaned up after all bottles and meals, going beyond what was asked. During a nap she happily helped with some simple baby proofing. I highly recommend Amber and look forward to hiring her again in the future. She was a delight to have in our home and took excellent care of our son.
