About Amber

Hi! My name is Amber and I am currently looking for a nannying position with a family of the right fit! Some things I enjoy are art, music, the outdoors, and being around children, of course. I am a *huge* animal lover with 2 kitties and a gecko currently, but I hope to be able to have many more pets someday. I started out as a "mommy's helper" at age 11, and have been babysitting and nannying ever since! I have been a caregiver for children of all ages, I have a passion for helping take care of others, and I love the contagious, joyful spirit that children embody. I am Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, and in 2019 became a licensed CNA (but my license has since expired after deciding to not pursue a medicine-based career). I have also taken a few helpful college courses such as: The Developmental Psychology of Children, Improving Adult/Child Relationships, and the Development of Infants and Toddlers. I have a clean driving record, no criminal background, and am a non-smoker.
