I've been babysitting since I was 14 and began nannying at 20, giving me nearly a decade of hands-on experience with children of all ages-from infants as young as 2 months to preteens up to 12 years old. I contacted Hannah for a nanny position. We fixed time and date for a phone interview. She communicated well and date and time have been fixed with her consent. I called her on the scheduled time and she did not pick up my phone. She didn't even let me know that she was no longer available. She texted that she had been got busy after I called her and rescheduled for another time. It repeatedly happened. Eventually she cut off all the communications. I believe she is not serious about any childcare position and obviously she is not dependable at all. She uses her Care.com account to grab attention. Like many others at care.com, she feeds on other people's attention. I should give her negative star. Unfortunately there is no option for this.
