Hi! My name is Amber and I am currently a doctoral student at the University of Illinois at Chicago in their Occupational Therapy program. I will graduate Spring 2027. I am also working part time as a Telehealth Behavioral Health Clinician at a community based mental health facility. I love working with my clients! I graduated from Bethel University in 2022 with degrees in psychology and neuroscience. I have worked with kids almost entirely since then, promoting emotional regulation, coping skills, curiosity, and kindness! I have worked with kids and adults with conditions such as mental health disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, working with family or sibling units to promote harmony, and more. In my free time, I love playing with my animals, visiting friends and family, being outside, baking, reading, doing puzzles, and working out.
