Hello, I'm Val. I feel I was born a caregiver. I took care of my special needs loved ones in every way I could. I organized and took care of a 5 member household. I believe in order to be a great caregiver, a great therapist or a great doctor one needs to really care about other people, have empathy, compassion, respect and kindness which I've always had. Without those qualities it's just a job. I enjoy meeting and listening to peoples stories and being engaged. I'm a hands on kind of person, self motivated and have common sense.
