About Amber

Hello! My name is Amber. I'm looking to tutor or nanny 30 hours a week. My degrees include a Bachelor's for Elementary Education from Texas State Elementary and a Master's Degree for Reading and Literacy from Sam Houston State University. My certifications include ESL, Early Childhood-6th grade, and Reading Specialist. I have 13 years of experience in education that include Pre-School, Pre-K, Kinder, 1st, and 2nd, and 3rd grade. I have taught in Houston ISD and Fort Bend ISD. I also taught abroad for 5 years in Chengdu, China for Quality Schools International (QSI). My hobbies include reading, photography, and walking. I am fully vaccinated and can provide my own transportation. I am comfortable with dogs, but allergic to cats. My personality is creative, calm, and positive.
