Hi, my name is Amber, and I'm a compassionate healthcare professional with 13+ years of experience in patient care. I currently work with Novant Health and have a strong background in hospital, long-term care, and outpatient settings, including a Level I trauma ER. I've also worked as an EKG Technician and spent over 6 years as a Phlebotomist, where I advanced into a leadership role. I have hands-on experience as a CNA, assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
