About Amber

Hi families! As someone who is passionate about childcare and learning, I enjoy and excel at tutoring! I recently left my corporate job to pursue my art and nanny/tutor again. I have my B. A. in English and Economics from UF and my M. S. in Business Analytics from USF. I have always been a very artistic person. I love art, sewing, crafts, and all things creative. I did IB art in high school, where I worked with many different mediums. Now, I mostly paint, draw, and collage. I have experience tutoring math and science volunteering at a Middle School. I assisted with math assignment tutoring as well as with the Science Olympiad team. I have also tutored Algebra II and Geometry. I have experience tutoring English/reading a client who was struggling with reading. I am very patient and I love tutoring because I enjoy facilitating kids' growth! I would love to find a client looking for art or English tutoring, but I am open to anything I could be a good fit for. I'm also CPR/AED certified.
