It provides individualized attention and instruction and your child is safe in your own home. Last year I had a very successful year home schooling a 6-year-old boy. He loved learning and we shared many exciting learning experiences. By the end of the year, he was working ahead in all his subjects and had completed more than half of his second grade math lessons. I am also available for tutoring in Reading/Language Arts. Math, and Science for Kindergarten to 5th grade students. I have taught K and 1st grade students for 11 years and was a Reading Specialist for 3 years. I am loving, creative, dependable, responsible, professional, and ethical. I am CPR and first aid certified and fully vaccinated.

Cheryl has tutored our son for almost 2 years. She started tutoring our son the summer before entering Kindergarten and now he is flourishing in 1st grade. She has helped him succeed in reading, writing, and math. He was awarded in Kindergarten with being one of the most improved students. In his 1st grade class he has been the top student. Cheryl shows patient and her background in teaching shows in our students learning. I would highly recommend Cheryl as a tutor or home school teacher.
