With over five years of professional childcare experience-ranging from ages 0-7yrs-and a background as a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I bring both warmth and skill to every family I support. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can grow, learn, and feel confident. My RBT training allows me to approach childcare with a deep understanding of behavior, communication, and emotional regulation.
