About Amaya

Hello, families! My name is Amaya! I'm 23 years old and based in Greenville, SC. I'm pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education at Regent University as a fully online student. With over 7 years of experience working with children, a background as a Pre-K teacher, and RBT certification, I'm passionate about helping students learn and grow. Let's face it, education today looks a lot different from what many of us grew up with! Between new teaching methods, technology, and changing expectations, keeping up can feel overwhelming for both parents and students. That's where I'd love to help! I believe learning should build confidence, not frustration. Every child learns differently, and sometimes all it takes is a little extra patience, encouragement, and a different approach for things to click. I'd love to get to know your family, understand your child's academic needs, and help make learning a little less stressful and a lot more rewarding!
