About Amaris

Hello, my name is Amaris. I started babysitting at the age of 14. I babysat until the age of 16. When I turned 18 I decided to get a job at a daycare facility as a toddler teacher assistant. I've recently started working in the school system. I am also in school to become a teacher and my end goal is to have my own at-home daycare. I'd describe my personality as encouraging, enjoyable, and optimistic. I like working with kids because they are entertaining, surprising, and unique. I'm looking for a job that is understandsing, encouraging and communicates. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, read, and be with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I have a son, who's 2 years old. His name is Marcel. As a mother, I'm gentle, kind, and encouraging. I believe a child will be successful based on the words and affirmations that are told to them. My skills include patience, listening, and motivation.
