I started working with children when I was a teenager, via day camps & babysitting, and continued on through college while I studied Eementary Ed & and Teaching ESL. I continued doing what I loved by becoming the primary caregiver & homeschool teacher for our four children for the next 20 years (I also taught Sunday School for several years). I am currently a full-time preschool teacher. I love connecting with & working with kids in just about any context, from crafts & nature adventures to academic subjects and social & personal growth. Being a mom & a teacher have been the best & most rewarding jobs of my life My four children are grown, so I love having the chance to spend time with other children, and aim to be a positive part of their days and personal growth, no matter how small or intermittent my interaction with them may be.
