About Amara

Hello! I'm Amara, and I've been a travel nanny for several years, working with families in Atlanta, Miami, and New York. I've cared for children from newborns up to 8 years old and really enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment that fits each family's unique routine. I also have experience working with kids with autism and schizophrenia, and I always approach care with patience, understanding, and consistency. Alongside my childcare experience, I currently work as a pharmacy technician. I've worked in retail, hospital inpatient, and remote settings, which has really strengthened my organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure, all things that come in handy when caring for little ones!
