About Amanda

For years, I've cherished the opportunity to positively impact children's lives and support families. My experience as the firstborn of a large family, childcare worker in many situations, and homeschool mom for 19 years has prepared me to provide nurturing care. I am patient, creative, sometimes silly, and friendly, with at least 30 years of childcare experience. I enjoy the imagination, energy, and creativity of young people and am eager to provide loving care for a new generation as my own babies are spreading their wings. I communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred methods and household rules. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am First Aid Trained. As my own family needs me a little less, I'm eager to bring peace and presence to yours.
