About Alexis

My childcare experience has always been with children who are neurodivergent or have special needs. These experiences have given me a lot of patience, empathy, compassion, and communication skills. I support families with children who have special needs by being able to address each child's individual neurodivergent behaviors and specialized care needs. I am very patient, organized and communicative. I'm very flexible, but I prioritize the needs and preferences of the children/parents above all else. I am CPR certified, and am a former RBT. I don't have any kids of my own (just a cat mom!), so I'm very flexible as far as weekly schedules and traveling. I'm willing to work whenever! I'm a violinist, and love providing educational and hands on learning that aligns with each family's lifestyle. I'm very creative, organized, and communicative.
