About Amanda

My teaching philosophy is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. As an Elementary Education graduate with hands-on student teaching experience, I believe in adapting my approach to each student's individual learning style and helping them build both their skills and confidence. I'm especially comfortable tutoring reading and math. I also have many years of experience with percussion and drum set for students interested in learning music.
