About Amanda

I'm a caring, compassionate, and energetic mother/teacher type. I've always enjoyed working with children. I have had the pleasure of teaching primary children for over 25 years. I was also blessed with my own children now an adult. I am looking for work where I am able to help children and families in need with childcare and/or learning through tutoring services. I have been working with children for 29 years through substituting, teaching, and tutoring. I am a very energetic person with a love of learning, crafts such as crochet/knitting, outdoor activities such as running, hiking, swimming, gardening, playing with pets, traveling, and enjoying time with my friends and family. As a mother and educator, I will prioritize the development, education, happiness, safety, and well-being of children. As an educator, my specialty is in teaching children , especially those struggling with academics or special needs.
