Hello! I am a local Glenview mom of two (11, 15). Previously, I was a police officer with a local department. I resigned when my oldest was born. I eventually went back to work doing threat assessment with a local university. I was laid off during COVID and then my position was eliminated. So I turned to babysitting! Since 2020 I have provided care for three families. The children have ranged in age from 6mo-11 years old. My responsibilities included but not limited to: Morning/afternoon routines (waking/feeding/naps) Transporting to and from school Transporting to and from activities and appointments Children's laundry Children's meal prep Tidying children spaces Children's dishes Tracking children's needs Play dates Visits to local parks/libraries/activities Etc I am very patient, kind, friendly and loving. I'm thoughtful, giving of my time, energy and resources and have a can do attitude. I am an excellent communicator. I take frequent notes throughout my time with children.
