About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda, and I'm a new grad nurse with a background in pediatric and adult care. My passion for senior care began when I helped care for my grandmother with Alzheimer's disease. Through that experience, I learned firsthand how important patience, compassion, and consistency are in providing meaningful support to older adults and their families. In nursing school, I gained hands-on training in senior care, including supporting clients with dementia, mobility challenges, chronic illnesses, and daily living activities. I'm comfortable assisting with personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and creating a safe, positive environment. Families who work with me can expect a dependable caregiver who not only has medical knowledge but also treats every senior with dignity, respect, and warmth - just as I did for my own grandmother.
