My experience includes respite care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm adept at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I'm patient, calm, and detail-oriented, and I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I maintain open communication with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone calls, and by following their preferred method.
