About Amanda

I have 7 years of experience working with a wide variety of children of all ages and backgrounds. I also have experience working in a pre-school like setting. I am CPR certified, and trained in behavioral and play therapy. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and reliable environments for the children I am nannying for. I strive to create fun activities that promote both academic and social emotional learning. My previous experience in child care included long and short term substitute teaching in several elementary schools, working as a long and short term nanny for several amazing families, and working as a mental health therapist for children and adolescents.
