About Amanda

I am a kind, caring, and nurturing childcare professional with over 12 years of experience caring for children from newborn to age 12. I hold a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, which allows me to provide individualized, developmentally supportive care for children of all abilities. I began assisting my mother's in-home daycare at a young age and later cared for infants independently. I have experience supporting children with developmental, physical, and medical needs, including Autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, feeding challenges, NICU graduates, and chronic conditions. With infants, I focus on routines, sleep, tummy time, play, and milestones. With toddlers, I emphasize motor skills, sensory play, early self-care, and imaginative play. I am patient, dependable, CPR and First Aid certified, and passionate about OT-informed care that helps children thrive.
