During that time, she brought a level of knowledge and experience to our family that truly set her apart. She has an exceptional understanding of child development and was always thoughtful and intentional in her care. She didn't simply keep our son safe and entertained—she understood the skills he was working toward and naturally incorporated activities throughout the day to support his development. We especially valued Amanda's occupational therapy background. She was incredibly knowledgeable about developmental milestones, motor skills, feeding, sensory needs, and emotional regulation. She often noticed subtle things we may not have picked up on ourselves and offered thoughtful, practical guidance while always respecting our preferences as parents. As our son's needs changed, Amanda adjusted his routines and activities and knew when to encourage greater independence or provide additional support.
