I want to create a beautiful relationship with the family that chooses me. I am looking for something full time and hopefully long term. I would love create a life long relationship and be a huge positive support in your child (or children's) life. My top 3 childcare skills 1- Have fun with them! Show them that you can be silly with them, play with them and be on their level. This let's them know you are on their side and instantly creates a relationship. 2- Give them a sense of peace and loyalty, so they know they can confide in you and trust you. This comes with time of course but it takes showing up every day for them and being consistent in their lives. 3- Be understanding. Every child is different and needs a different kind of care/ love. It's hard for kids to express what they are feeling sometimes, being opened and understanding gives them the comfortability to express themselves and feel safe.
