About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda and I recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a 3. 4 GPA for a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Medical Humanities. I have worked at a Preschool for a little under a year as an assistant teacher, working in classrooms from ages 2-5. Often in high school, I would work as a babysitter from ages anywhere between infants to age 12. I am currently working on getting certified to teach early childhood education since I have a great passion for educating little ones. Growing up with my mom as an elementary school teacher, she showed me the importance of truly seeing kids, and as intelligent beings capable of so much, while also allowing their creative side to shine when showing them the world.
