About Amalia

I have studied a lot about childcare and child development, and while I do not yet have a degree I have both education and experience in these fields. I have had 3 years of paid experience caring for children ages 0-12 and up as well as caring for 3 younger siblings growing up. I have some First Aid training, and am always willing to have more where needed. I will have my 1-year-old son with me as I care for other children and we love being outside, and playing educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to two children. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and always communicate updates using their preferred method. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My previous babysitting roles have helped me to help children with diverse needs and personalities. I am observant, responsible, focused, and interactive. I'm excited to bring my energy and experience to your family!
