About Amal
Experience: 2 yrs
I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, friendly, encouraging. I'm looking for a job that allows me to engage with a student 1:1 and hone their skills and knowledge to push them to succeed in their class/classes. I started tutoring in highschool as a volunteer and continued tutoring in undergrad as a teaching assistant for a science lab course and environmental science class. In my spare time, I like to go on long walks while listening to music, watching documentaries on YouTube or Netflix, learn a new dance on TikTok, read. My skills include personalizing lesson plans for students, keeping us on track and working towards the goal, working in a timely manner.
