Hello, my name is Amaka and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I owned a Pre- School which I operated for seven years. I love caring for children and watch them grow innocently. My Pre-School was nicknamed " home away from home " by parents because of the joy, peace of mind they had having me and my staff care for their kids. Due to my interest in the medical field, I took professional courses in Alzheimer`s and Dementia, CPR and became a certified nursing assistant . I have worked with the elderly for over two years, including those with Alzheimer`s and Dementia and it has been fun all the way. I love cooking and it is very useful because some of the elderly need a change in their diet away from what they are used to over the years especially when it is highly nutritious. Families I work with relate with me as a family member and it is fun relating with them as a family. Caring is a part of life and not just a profession and that is why I am applying for this role.
