About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa. I've been caring for children since high school it's something I've always loved and felt passionate about. Since 2022, I've worked professionally in daycare settings, gaining hands-on experience with children ranging from toddlers to age five. I'm currently working as an RBT. Where I work one-on-one with children often children with autism or developmental needs to help support communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and everyday learning through behavioral therapy techniques. This role has helped me build strong patience, understanding, and problem-solving skills while creating a safe and supportive environment for every child I work with. I'm also certified in CPR and First Aid, so safety is always a top priority in everything I do. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel comfortable, and I always strive to create a fun, caring, and dependable experience for both kids and parents.
