About Alyssa

Hi there! My name is Alyssa, and I'm excited to connect with families in Port Orchard. I proudly served 10 years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where I gained extensive experience in medical care and supporting others in times of need. After separating from the military, I became a stay-at-home mom to my three wonderful children-my 6-year-old daughter who has Down syndrome, my energetic 4-year-old son, and my sweet 1-year-old daughter. My husband is currently Active duty Navy- Sub IDC so we know the struggles of finding childcare! I am BLS certified and bring both medical training and hands-on caregiving experience to the table. As both a mom and a former medical professional, I understand the importance of patience, safety, and compassion when caring for children of all ages and abilities. I am able to offer and provide care within my home, as I do have my two younger children with me as well.
