About Alyssa
Experience: 1 yr
I'm passionate about helping students unlock their potential through personalized support. My goal is to build confidence and foster a love for learning in an engaging and patient environment. I actively listen to students and vary my teaching strategies to suit their individual needs. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, break down complex problems, and encourage curiosity. With one year of experience, I tutor Math, English, Test Preparation, Art, and Study Skills for elementary, middle, and high school students, both online and in-person. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. I have a High School Degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. The most rewarding part of tutoring is seeing a student's confidence grow! I would love to share my skills with your family.
