My experiences with care giving have been with all different types of people with a variety of medical conditions. I've worked in assisted living homes, a home health agency, and most recently a behavioral health treatment center. I have experience with people who are elderly with dementia, terminally ill, blind, immobile, quadriplegic, and a lot with difficult behaviors. I have the patience and understanding to handle people with difficult behaviors, while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude to build the trust, I have also had training in recipient rights and de-escalation.
