About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa. I'm originally from Utah, and my husband and I recently moved to Minneapolis. I truly love working with children and recently began coursework in an early childhood education program in college, which has deepened my understanding of child development and creating positive, engaging environments for kids. I've taught children ages 3-11 through my church, helped run small summer camps, and grew up surrounded by younger cousins. These experiences have made me patient, nurturing, dependable, and creative with kids of different ages. I love staying active, being outdoors, doing crafts, reading, and finding fun, meaningful ways to help children feel safe, seen, and excited to learn and play. My Christian faith shapes who I am and inspires the love, care, and high standards I bring when working with children.
