If I could give Teanna ten stars, I would. She is PHENOMENAL. She worked as our full-time nanny, 45 hours/week, for a full year (with 3 kids). I am incredibly impressed with her. She cares deeply about our kids and shows her love so well. She's attentive to their development and really felt like a true partner helping to raise them (e.g., she often came to me with ideas for how to help our kids grow and overcome what they were struggling with). She is fun, creative, thoughtful, loving, warm, professional, and friendly. She is especially expert at helping kids regulate their emotions and learn to calm down... She follows directions while simultaneously bringing a lot of her own initiative to the job. She often came up with fun crafts, outings, scavenger hunts, etc. for our kids all on her own. One of the things I loved best about her is that she is that is completely honest. She tells you when things don't go well. I learned I could trust her completely. I can't say enough good about her; you would be lucky to hire her!
