I recently hired Alyssa to assist with my private patient. I am a RN who has my own private company. I typically work alone, but sometimes I need the assistance of an aide. From the very beginning, Alyssa demonstrated professionalism compassion and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care. Alyssa was punctual, attentive, respectful, and made the patient and the family feel comfortable and supported. From a nursing standpoint, I was able to easily train her, she was a quick learner, and she already had a solid skill set under her belt when she came to work for me. Her communication with me was always clear and consistent, she was a great team player with my other aids. The only reason I am not currently employing Alyssa is that my patient has passed away. I would definitely employ Alyssa again and cannot recommend her highly enough.
