She is very knowledgeable of children’s development and focuses on helping children accomplish their goals. Alyssa is reliable, dependable, and very organized. She quickly becomes a member of the family and treats the child or children as her own. Beyond tending to a child’s physical needs and keeping them safe, she also engages them with educational play and imaginative storytelling. Alyssa is also amazing at communicating with the parents about their children.
