I have a strong background in working with individuals with special needs, both in and out of the classroom. For four years, I coached special needs swimming, where I focused on building confidence, teaching safety skills, and creating a positive environment tailored to each swimmer's abilities. In high school, I was also a teacher assistant in the special needs class, supporting students with daily learning, communication, and social skills. These experiences gave me patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to each person's unique needs while encouraging growth and independence
