Hi! I'm an experienced and compassionate childcare provider currently looking for a flexible family in need of 30-35 hours of care per week. I hold an undergraduate degree in Special Education and Early Childhood, and I bring a strong understanding of child development, individualized support, and creating engaging, nurturing environments for kids of all ages and abilities. I'm in the process of applying to Master's in Social Work programs, so I'm hoping to find a family that is open to working collaboratively around my future class and practicum schedule. I'm very committed, communicative, and proactive, and I value building a strong, trusting relationship with both children and parents.
