We were fortunate to have Alyssa care for our father in his last years and suffering from dementia. Alyssa was absolutely exceptional. She has a lovely personality, she is professional, caring, compassionate, smart, intuitive, aware of patient needs, informed on proper techniques and an absolute gem. She is calm and my father received outstanding care when she was working. She kept excellent records on patient vitals, food intake , etc. at the end of his life, he required full assistance including Hoyer lift, oxygen, feeding, bathing, medicines, etc. Alyssa treated him with dignity and respect. I always knew that I could count on her. She went above and beyond doing extra things when he was sleeping including tidying up the kitchen or cleaning. She was just absolutely fabulous! I adore her and want to see her move to a family that will treat her as well as she treated us! You will not be disappointed in her services.
