About Alyssa

I am a nanny looking for a new family to work with. I bring my adaptable 16-month-old son with me, which provides a built-in playmate for your little one(s) to engage with. I use play-based learning and experiential learning to engage your child(ren) and create a fun, supportive, and safe environment. You can expect us to regularly attend activities like play groups and storytimes as well as spend plenty of time in the garden, on the trails, and exploring the backyard. We will try to get outside in any weather, but I also enjoy setting up age-appropriate indoor activities and crafts. I have experience working in elementary education as well as nannying and babysitting infants and toddlers. I also have diverse experience working on farms, at nonprofits, and in academic research. Above all, I am a reliable, dependable, and safe caregiver.
