My personal philosophy when working with infants has been drawn I'm a big believer in treating infants with respect, social curiosity and exploration, natural motor development, and the inherent wonder of childhood. I believe that every child deserves to see themselves as a valued and valuable individual, and that it is much easier to help a child want to cooperate with you rather than to try and make them.
