About Jenn

I have 10+ years of experience nannying and babysitting mostly with newborns to toddler age children. I'm new to Portland, moved here during the pandemic from Chicago where I held many childcare positions and went to college. I hold a BA in Photography with minors in women and gender studies and arts management. I love working with families with newborns or infants because it's such a special time of establishing new routines, schedules, and love. I have experience with sleep training, breast milk and bottle feedings, infant milestones, and integration of schedules to help new babies and families find rhythms. I worked with many families in Chicago and am still close with them but a family I started with in 2011 has become family! I started nannying their 3-month-old and stayed with them FT for 3 years then worked PT as I attended school for another 4 years. I helped them transition a new baby into the family during that time and are still close to them today!
