Alyssa was a godsend to our family. We hired her as a nanny to our 9 month old (started at 5 months) as part of a nanny share with our neighbor's infant who is almost 1. Alyssa is incredibly calming and nurturing, which makes her a wonderful caregiver to all children, but especially babies. Alyssa is incredibly dependable and has made the transition back to work seamless. She also is skilled with household management and has made our lives better by having her in it.
