As a care giver for almost 20 years, I realize the importance of a trusting relationship between a parent and the person who will provide care for their(child/ren) while they are away. I am sure everyone you interview will assure of you of this bond. I myself have found that even if the parent(s) love a candidate, it is equally important for the (child/ren) to also have good feelings about them. A child's connection with a caregiver can ease a nervous parent and help the process go a lot smoother. I have worked with children of many age groups, and have 2 children of my own. I am open, caring and understanding of the differences of each group, and am able to care for up to 3 children at a time efficiently. I am all for outside time, reading, music, arts and crafts, personal interests and hobbies, education based experiences and overall fun and happiness. My ability to organize, set limits, and juggle busy schedules will ensure that your life will be less stressful when you return.
