Hello, my name is Alondra, and I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 4 years of experience working with autistic children. I also have experience supporting individuals with ADHD and speech delays, and I truly love the work that I do. My passion for this field is personal as well as professional. Growing up with my brother, who has ADHD, sparked my curiosity and appreciation for how differently people think, learn, and experience the world. That experience genuinely led me to pursue a Psychology major. I currently hold my Associate's degree in Psychology and am actively working toward my Bachelor's degree. In high school, I earned my CNA certification, which strengthened my understanding of personal care and safety, though I ultimately chose to dedicate my career to the therapy and behavioral health field. I am deeply committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and expanding my experience so I can provide the best possible care to those I support.
