About Alma

Hi, my name is Alma and I would be happy to help you with your child/children! I started using this app to find families that are in need of quality yet fun child care. I'd describe my personality as funny, social, outgoing. I'm very energetic and animated with kids and have spent my career working in research with kids ages as young as 6 months to 18 years old so I am very familiar with child development. I like working with kids because I have a lot fun and a lot of energy to keep up. I'm patient and easy to establish a sense of trust or rapport with kids even those that are shy or very cautious with strangers. I'm really easy going and am always flexible with any schedules or changes or needs for families as I know that schedules and need change from day to day.
